You cannot afford not to give. Only as you give will you receive "a good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over" (Luke 6:38).
"The generous man will be prosperous, and he who waters will himself be watered" (Proverbs 11:25).
Proportionate or percentage giving takes the stress out of giving. "Each of you must bring a gift in proportion to the way the Lord your God has blessed you" (Deuteronomy 16:17).
